Located on the 2nd floor of a small group of condominums that feels like a private resort, this well maintained and equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that has everything you need for a STRESS FREE beach vacation. Included ARE: DAILY maid service, FULL Air Conditioning, PRIVATE (not shared) FREE WIFI for your laptop and other devices, FULL use of a SMART TV, UNLIMITED Purified water, and linens (INCLUDING beach towels) are all included.
Inside the condo, each room has it’s own views: the beach, Half Moon Bay, the jungle, our gardens and to the north up the coast. With 3 porches, it’s all a feast for the eyes. Relax, read and rejuvenate listening to the waves; or stay connected to the outside world with our private high speed wireless internet. With the large open design of the condo, there is plenty of room for 4 or 5 people and there is NO shoe box feel!
Use the well appointed kitchen to make your favorite dish, or walk down the beach to a great restaurant.
Step straight off our beach into Half Moon Bay with it’s beautiful perfect blue water and shallow reef, or walk just around the corner to Yal-Ku, the preferred cenote of the Mayan kings

Notes :
For Christmas and New Year's rentals, we require either Christmas week or New Year's week, or both weeks, we cannot accept partial weeks. If you would like more days, but not a full week, we can do before Christmas or after New Year, and NOT at the holiday rates!
To ensure everyone's enjoyment, we do have some Pool and Complex rules. These are attached to our rental agreement.

What a fantastic place to stay! Loved every minute!
Quiet, clean, cozy... Very well stocked condo with help available if you need it. This unit is pretty much at the end of a road that gets quieter as it goes. There was never a time when we couldn't get beach chairs and between the beach and the pool, we had the perfect combo of sun and shade.
We saw quite a few people who stayed in hotels just off the beach, who had no beach access. Since beaches are private for seating, those people really had nowhere to go. Staying beachside is definitely worth the extra price.

Beautiful property. Well kept, clean, and great location!
We had a fantastic time visiting Akumal and surrounding areas, and the accommodations were so relaxing and beautiful. Amazing view of quiet beach. Well stocked with everything we needed for a lovely beach vacation. Cleaning service through the week was a nice perk. Location was fantastic: very safe and secure; snorkeling and pool onsite, and a short walk to a beautiful lagoon as well. Akumal was a nice quiet and peaceful home base for myself, my husband, and my daughter from which to explore the surrounding area. We will definitely return.

Clean, safe, quiet and relaxing
La Sirena is in the perfect location. It is a quiet atmosphere-perfect for decompressing! The staff is helpful and polite. The gardens are kept pristine by Juan-who was so kind and gracious. 3 close restaurants that were excellent. We rented bikes for the week at the condominium and rode to Akumal daily. As soon as I get home I am going to start planning my next trip back and I will only be staying at La Sirena!

great condo on beautiful site and grounds... nice & private and the quiet side of town
great bike riding lil town + get around ...rent some from downstairs!
snorkeling was good in am's on the bay and good at Yakul lagoon in afternoon.
diving out of the Akumal dive shop is an easy set up.
best little shops are right down the street for souvenirs and the best local restaurants we found we the 2 closest to us here in each direction!
private beach front has great sunset views... don't miss em with cocktail in hand!
apartment is very comfy and well laid out with nice 2nd level views from balcony and inside.
